We’re lead by people who don’t even pretend to commit themselves to public service but to self-promotion and enrichment, enabling greedy cooperations to loot dwindling public resources. So why are we surprised at the rage, fear, & anger that plagues us? Expressions such as riots, or “where is the army”, “stuff human rights”, fear/hate of the Other, looting & disrespect to authority fit like a glove to the hand. GONE are values of empathy, mutual support & cooperation, IN are self-glorification, quick money, power. Society and culture are perfectly adapting, this is not sickness…
